A transformational leader should always be innovative. This wins the leader a strong respect amongst employees, something which is responsible for organizational success. Transformational leadership also emphasizes on moral values of the employees, this is important to any organization in that, it leads to the formation of coherent and unified groups which can pull in the same direction.
