•             Describe a new idea you tried to introduce at work, school, or other organization or participated in the implementation of a new idea.

•             Describe the approaches you used to overcome resistance to change using the text concepts. (education and communication; participation and involvement; facilitation and support; negotiation and rewards; manipulation and cooptation; explicit and coercion)

•             What was the outcome? To what degree were you or the group successful in overcoming the resistance to change? Explain using the text concepts.

•             If you could go back in time, would you use a different approach to overcome the resistance to your idea – describe the difference approach? Why or why not?

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines, including third person language.
